We already use Vagaro for scheduling. Will this actually connect to it or just work around it?

The system is built to work with Vagaro directly. Depending on what Vagaro's API allows, booking confirmations, availability checks, and appointment triggers are all handled through the integration. You do not switch platforms or duplicate your data anywhere. If there are limitations in what Vagaro exposes through its API, Shane will map out exactly what can and cannot be automated before the build starts so there are no surprises.

What happens to the system if we stop working with you?

You keep everything. The workflows, the automations, the integrations. Shane builds in tools like n8n and Zapier that your team or another developer can manage if you choose to take it in-house. There is no proprietary platform you lose access to. This is one of the core differences between working with Shane versus subscribing to a SaaS product.

How long does it take to build and go live?

Most systems take 3 to 6 weeks from the end of the discovery call to going live. Simpler setups with one or two integrations are on the shorter end. More complex builds that cover lead response, consultation follow-up, review requests, and no-show recovery across multiple platforms take longer.
